Our Journey Towards Universal Accessability

In 2022, Westport Hotel commenced on an accessibility program (with Universal Access) to make our hotel accessible and welcoming to all customers with equity.

We are fully committed to resourcing our accessibility program and have signed and published our accessibility commitment charter below on the areas we will be working on to create the best accessible and inclusive culture, facilities and staff customer service. 

We want all our employees and customers to receive a person-centric service and experience from Westport Woods Hotel and Spa and we are fully committed to implement our accessibility program to deliver continuous improvement in this area.
