Jay Daly, Manager
Jay is a Limerick native and graduate of University of Limerick, Business Studies and Spanish. As a former international level cyclist, (based in Spain five years) elite level sport has played an integral role in his life. With over twenty years experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, his expertise and knowledge are a major asset to the business. Not content reaching a high level in one sport, Jay went down an entirely different road upon retiring from cycling. He played American Football for the UL Vikings and used his knowledge to compete in both Men’s Physique and Classic Physique with considerable success. Jay has coached under age Rugby and Soccer for a number of years. He is also a football pundit on local radio and You Tube, working for Forever United TV, a Manchester based football channel.

Joey Sloan, Head Life Guard
Joey hails from the Banner County, a former competitive swimmer, he also has vast experience in long distance running. Joey now competes in the Masters swimming. 2023 Gold Medalist “Geal Force Loch Derg” 800m swim race, Joey is currently in training for “Gale Force Trilogy 2024. Joey has been with us five years, he recently attained his Swim Teacher level two award through Swim Ireland. Joey thrives on coaching young swimmers achieve their goals.

Lucian Brooks
Lucian is from County Roscommon, a man of many talents ... DJ. First Aid Responder, Lifeguard, Assistant Swim Teacher, GAA Ref and Coach, and Soccer Coach. Lucian has excellent communication skills.

Ciaran Hynes
Ciaran is from the town of Louisburgh, Co Mayo. He is currently attaining his teaching degree at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick and plays GAA for his local club, who compete at intermediate level within the Mayo championship. He has over 5 years of experience throughout the leisure and fitness industry and is also qualified in First Aid and First Responder.

A native of Dublin, Yvonne is a Senior Beauty and Holistic therapist with over 25 years experience in spas and salons. Yvonne is passionate about her work and finds skin therapies very beneficial and uses the most upmarket products including Voya on her facials and all body treatments. Trained in Galligan Beauty College Dublin.
