Hop on a bike and take the scenic route! The Great Western Greenway follows the old railway line from Westport to Achill — and it’s perfect for families.

🚲 Trail Sections:

Westport to Newport – 11km (~1 hour)
Newport to Mulranny – 18km (~1hr 45 min)
Mulranny to Achill – 13km (~1hr 15 min)

🚐 Clew Bay Bike Hire offers rental, helmets, and pick-up/drop-off service — making it easy to do one section or the full 42km!

🍦 Afternoon Treat: Gino’s Gelato & a Stroll Through Town
