Our dedicated wedding planner is Joanne McEniff, one of the Directors of The Westport Woods Hotel. She personally oversees each wedding and ensures that your important day runs smoothly from start to finish. As the daughter of hotelier Brian McEniff of the McEniff Hotel Group, Joanne has an unparalleled knowledge of wedding and event co-ordination. Weddings are her absolute favourite events, she just loves them.

Joanne takes care of every detail from the moment you make your initial enquiry right through to your departure on honeymoon. She’ll help you choose from our Wedding Day Specials or work with you to design your own personal wedding celebration. The centre point is a delicious meal planned with our Head Chef. From special activities to little touches, we’ll do everything we can to create your dream wedding.

Your reception takes place in our self -contained Sylvan Suite which opens directly onto the gardens. Floor to ceiling windows allow an influx of natural light and beautiful views of the grounds and woodland. The Sylvan Suite has its own private entrance, foyer, bar, smoking area and toilets, ensuring it’s exclusively yours for the whole day.
