On a cold winter night, what is more romantic than a roaring fire place?

The cracking of the wood, the characteristic smell of the logs burning slowly… There is hardly anything more relaxing and welcoming.

Mulled Wine is of course a season’s favourite; your guests will sure enjoy a warm, spiced up glass of wine upon arrival to the hotel.

Hot Whiskey

We’re hardly going to skip this one, are we?

There’s nothing that will replace a strong, hot whiskey to warm up your guests. It’s also a great way to fight a cold and enjoy the celebrations!

When the feet are tired from the dancing and your guests feel the need to get a breath of fresh air, the cold won’t stop them. Why not offer some lovely blankets for them to wrap up and stay comfy? Don’t worry, we have no doubt they will be back rocking the dancefloor as soon as Maniac 2000 starts!

These are just a few of the many touches that will guarantee you and your guests a fantastic wedding experience here with us at the Westport Woods, regardless of what the weather turns out to be.

And of course, we would only be too happy to create a bespoke winter wedding for you so please, feel free to share your ideas for a perfectly cosy evening!
