Meet the Wedding Team Each member of the team brings something a little different to the fore from experience to crazy ideas it’s a great mix and it means that you will find someone’s style who you enjoying working with to plan your day. Whilst you may work very closely with one member of the team advice will be given by all three members and it also means that there is someone always available for you to speak or meet with if you have any queries. A little introduction to everyone who will plan your day!

Your Wedding Co-Ordinators

Joanne Mc Eniff – Daughter of hotelier Brian Mc Eniff. The McEniff family have been welcoming guests for the past 70 years. Joanne has been in the wedding industry for the past 20 years. With her years of experience she has a wealth of knowledge and gives a genuine commitment to each couple

Roisin O Malley – if you’re looking for something a little different well Roisin sure has off the wall ideas. An event planner originally from Westport she has worked on events in Dublin & Sligo before joining our team – she adds sparkle to any day and she has an honours degree to prove it.

Irene Melody – has been involved in wedding for the last five years as keeps up to date with the latest trends.

Head Chef:

Eamonn Farrelly, Executive Head Chef , He is passionate about his cooking, and it shows. You only have to get him talking about food to know that you're in expert hands. Eamonn oversees a team of talented chefs and demands nothing but the very best for each and every wedding.
