Our Chef
Full of enthusiasm and larger than life - that describes Eamonn Farrelly
our Head Chef just perfectly.
Originally from Dublin, Eamonn is a vastly experienced chef who has worked
and trained in many types of establishments in Ireland and abroad. He appreciates
the pace of life here in Westport, there's time to relax and enjoy a game
or two of golf.
Oh, and don't forget the soccer! Eamonn's an avid Manchester United fan -
he looks great in red, honestly!
